Appointments and Cancellations
Spa visits, packages, and hotel reservations are reserved by credit card.
Your appointment is very important to us. It is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary: therefore we respectfully inform you that our cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you do not contact us prior to this time to cancel, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment with other guests. Cancellations after the 24 hour time frame, including no shows, are subject to being charged 50-100% of their service total.
Please be advised that all gift certificates are non refundable. If you are using a gift certificate towards payment for a service, please ensure you bring your certificate with you at the time of check-in.
We request you turn off your cell phone before you enter the Spa so you and others can fully enjoy this sanctuary of serenity. If you must make a private call, please contact the front desk and we will make suitable arrangements.
We strive to offer a healthy environment for our clients and staff, so all of our facilities are smoke-free.
To provide you with the maximum benefits and enjoyment from your treatments, please arrive at least 15 minutes early. Your punctuality is appreciated. As we must consider all of our clients, you may be required to limit the time or relinquish your scheduled treatment if you arrive late.
